The Deck
Our deck is the home's signature feature that regularly draws us outside for dinner, or relaxing with a good book. It is a 12' x 25' split level deck with tongue-and-grooved sideboards framing the deck into an open-air sun room. The vaulted ceiling and shingled roof provides cover from the sun and rain, saving more than one birthday party or family picnic from a rainout!
Water access to Kingston Creek
Our home is 100 yards from Kingston Creek, which opens into the Patuxent River just north of Solomon's Bridge (across from Point Patience). The six homes on Kingston Village Road share access to a community pier at the end of the street. Our family has loved fishing for
perch and catching crabs in the summer, and canoeing throughout the creek at dusk to see the wildlife at play.

Convenient location
We're located just 6 miles from NAS Patuxent River Gate 1, and less than two miles from First Colony shopping center (Giant, Target, Lowes, Staples, Pier One, and more). It's also a short five miles over the bridge to Solomon's Island for a scenic dinner on the river at Stoney's Kingfishers or Solomons Pier.
